Food Basket Distribution: From 2017 to 2023, food baskets were distributed to the most needy families and vulnerable groups in Homs Governorate and its countryside. After careful assessment according to specific criteria to ensure that support reached those who deserve it, the peak support reached 8,000 families (approximately 40,000 individuals). In 2022, support continued in 2023, reaching 4,500 families (approximately 23,000 individuals). Food Voucher Distribution for Pregnant and Lactating Women: Starting in 2018, the Food Voucher Program was launched to support women. Monthly vouchers were allocated to pregnant and lactating women, with the number of beneficiaries annually ranging between 900 and 1,800 women (900 mothers were supported in 2023). Distributing food vouchers to support dropout students: To combat school dropout, we began in 2019 by providing food cards to 2,000 students. Support continued in 2023 for 1,800 dropouts. In 2022, the number reached 1,800 students.
