Case Management Course
A special course titled "Case Management" was held to provide the best services to the beneficiaries of the Kareem Charity for Social and Charitable Services.
In cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Women's Fund for Peace and Humanitarian Action, and under the supervision of Ms. Zeina Mansour, Mental Health Department Coordinator at the Syrian Society for Social Development.
A group of volunteers from the charity attended the course with several objectives:
✅ To understand the objectives of psychological interventions, the guidelines for case management, their steps, and their types.
✅ How to prioritize cases after an interview.
✅ Develop a care and referral plan.
✅ How to follow up on cases and provide counseling.
✅ Practical cases and post-selection.
